Major accomplishments:
  • Home Improvement Loan Programs
  • Used NRP Economic Opportunity Funds to leverage redevelopment of the Resource Center of the Americas site and the Coliseum (formerly Podany) building, and the Oddfellows building at 27th and Lake 
  • Completed the East End Revival
