The Best General Membership Meeting Ever 2011

Could 2011 be the year for the best Best Meeting Ever? Join us and find out!

Join us for a free delicious community meal provided by restaurants throughout the area including Gandhi Mahal, Longfellow Grill, Whiskey Junction, Midori's Floating World Cafe and MORE! Enjoy our resource fair featuring local social service and non-profit organizations in the area. Don't forget to bring non-perishable food items for the Minnehaha Food Shelf and you could win amazing prizes in our drawing (1 ticket per item, with a limit of 10 tickets but bring more if you can!).

The Longfellow Community Council also needs YOUR vote on a plan modification (information at bottom of email) so it is especially important that you come and help determine LCC's 2012 funding!

We need your help to spread the word! Share the event on your Facebook wall! Email friends and family! Tweet about it! It is a great opportunity to get to know your neighbors and meet staff from the Longfellow Community Council!

We also REALLY need volunteers to help with setting up and picking up a meal from one of the many restaurants that will be donating. Can you help LCC out for an extra half hour of your time the night of the meeting? Email joanna@longfellow.org if you are interested in helping out!
