City to proceed with 38th Street Resurfacing & Bike Lanes Project

The City of Minneapolis is moving ahead with a resurfacing project along 38th Street between Minnehaha Avenue and West River Road beginning in July 2017. LCC hosted meetings with the community in November 2016 and May 2017 to generate resident input on the project before City plans were finalized.
